Aizawl City Smart Limited (ACSL) invites Expression of Interest (EoI) form qualified  practitioner as prescribed by the Companies Act, 2013 for appointment/engagement as Company Secretary for Aizawl Smart City Limited (ASCL0 having at least 5 to 10 years’ experience in the relevant field . Interested persons may submit their application to the undersigned in the prescribe format which may be downloaded from aizawlsmartcity.mizoram.gov.im on or before 15^th February, 2019 – 3:00 pm

The initial period of engagement will be for a period of one (1) year which may be extendable. The basis of engagement in terms of remuneration/scale of pay as Company Secretary of Aizawl Smart City Limited will be negotiated on mutually agreeable terms and conditions.
