Five bio-medical waste collection trucks were flagged off this morning at 7:30 AM by Pu K. Sapdanga,Minister, UD&PA at the Common Bio-Medical Waste Treatment Plant in Tuirial. The flag-off was followed by the commencement of operations at the treatment plant. Later, a press conference was held at the administrative building, where the Honourable Minister, along with the CEO of Smart City and representatives from the Mizoram Pollution Control Board, addressed questions from the media.
